The traditions of the holiday are
observed by students of the Russian Language Academy. Gathering to break the Lenten fast, students
enjoy traditional Russian Kulich and Paskha.
Eggs are broken in games, toasts are raised.
Students perform Russian folk tales and fables,
sing the songs they’ve studied in class, recite Russian poetry.
The rich Russian culture and strong
traditions draw students to the Russian Language Academy to study Russian.
